As Country Manager for our subsidiary in Austria you are in charge of the implementation of the Business Plan of the National Sales Company and the running of the business operation, so that it has a successful and solid market position as a provider of mobility solutions in the local market and can achive a sovereign status and independence from the German headquarter.
You are responsible for recruiting a team, as well as creating and overseeing a work environment in which employees feel supported and motivated to achieve their goals.
You are working closely with the team at the German headquarter, who are providing you with business guidance as well as various internal services like Software-as-a-service solutions and financial controlling support, while you remain in charge of monitoring your expenses and ensure adherence to the assigned budget.
You are open to new ideas and form your opinions on market events. You use your very good analytical skills to analyze the market and to proacitvely create new, innovative and customer-specific business opportunities. You are in charge of managing risks to the business operation early and communicating them to the headquarter team.
Due to your fast comprehensionand your background in the automotive or mobility industry, you are able to work out new solutions for our customers and are in charge of supporting existing customers and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Throughout you pay great attention to maintaing quality standards and ensuring efficiencies between projects.
